HEALTH & SAFETY

The health, safety, and welfare of our drivers and passengers is our top priority. Every driver is Garda (police) vetted to ensure peace of mind and well being to all our clients.

Covid19 protection procedures including sanitizing and protective measures are in place to protect our drivers and clients. Irish Government

Covid19 updates on health and safety travel restrictions will be strictly adhered to on all Transfers and Tours.

PAYMENTS

All major credit cards accepted. A 10% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

Reservations cannot be guaranteed until deposit is received. The balance must be paid in full 10 working days before the date of the tour commencing.

If the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to departure, full payment will be due immediately. Credit terms are not permitted unless by prior agreement with Ireland West Chauffeurs.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, where the client needs to cancel for any reason prior to the day of Tour/Transfer, it should be noted that cancellation fees apply.
